A monster. My sisters had a house fire close by and she said I should have asked her permission first to let her cat stay for 1 night. We also looked after my mums dog for 1 week and she must have been spying on us as she asked for an inspection and told us she knew we had a dog (we didn't) so she evicted us in the middle if the pandemic just before the eviction ban. Turned out well for us but this is the type of land lord that should not be allowed to do it.
